Q. How long will my delivery take to arrive?
A. Times will vary based on your location. Our goal is to have your products delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You will be receive an email when your order is on the way!
Q. What is Harvesthyme delivery zone?
A. We deliver throughout Southwestern Ontario; as far west as Windsor and east to Bowmanville and Ottawa. Northernmost to Barrie and Orillia.
Q. Can I pick up my order at Fernlea instead of having it delivered?
A. We do not offer pick up service at this time, sorry.
Q. How can I get help selecting quantities and varieties?
A. Click the "Help" button at the top right corner of your screen to watch our tutorial video. Or visit our HT How It Works
Q. What if my plants are damaged when they arrive?
We stand behind our products; we want them to be fresh and healthy when they arrive. Please contact us by email
within 24 hours of receipt and include a photo of your damaged products. Harvesthyme will replace any product that arrives damaged or in poor condition or we will offer a refund for the item(s).
Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?
A. Our minimum order in one rack. Our products are sold in bundles. A bundle fills one rack, you can select the varieties you want within the bundle configurations.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. Again, we stand behind our products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, for any damaged products or products that arrive in poor condition, we offer a replacement or refund.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery is FREE for our mimimum orders.
Q. What if you don't offer the veggie or herb varieties I want?
A. Keep checking our site as availability changes. New options will be available.
Q. Does someone need to be available to meet the delivery truck when my order arrives?
A. You will receive an email when your order is on its way so you can plan accordingly.
Q. Where can I get care tips and growing information for our veggie and herb plants to pass along to our customers?
WATER ME: When your plants arrive check the soil, if your plant soil is dry to touch please water generously.
